By accessing or using SpotiStash (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpotiStash is a free, browser-based metadata identification service that processes publicly available Spotify URLs to identify track metadata (title, artist, album, cover art) and facilitates the delivery of audio files from independent third-party sources. We do not host, store, or directly access audio content from Spotify.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SpotiStash. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use SpotiStash only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the legal right to download and use any specific content.
  • Complying with all applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Using downloaded content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Not redistributing, selling, or publicly performing copyrighted material obtained through SpotiStash without proper authorization.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SpotiStash to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international law.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit copyrighted content without permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service through automated scraping, bots, or denial-of-service attacks.
  • Use the Service to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

The SpotiStash name, logo, and all original content and code on this site are the property of SpotiStash and its licensors. Spotify and all related marks are trademarks of Spotify AB. SpotiStash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB.

Audio content delivered through SpotiStash remains the property of its respective rights holders. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SpotiStash is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any content delivered through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotiStash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpotiStash, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to SpotiStash at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
